If the first charm of the capital has already touched you, it's time to intensify the dizzying effect by visiting the Nur Alem complex - the Energy of Future Museum.
Having met the guide at the Astana-Baiterek monument and got acquainted with the ambitious project of the Abu Dhabi Plaza building under construction, the House of Ministries, bypassing the triumphal arch of Mangilik El, you will find yourself on the territory of the Exhibition center EXPO-2017. You will go up to the uppermost floor of the Sphere where, from the observation platform at a height of almost 100 meters, you can see a stunning panorama of the Left Bank of Astana.
More than just a museum, Nur Alem is a kind of innovation hub and important research and cultural center. Digital, multimedia, and interactive technologies allow for the expansion of the possibilities of perception of the exposition space, located on seven floors of the museum, where the main types of energy - space, sun, biomass, wind, water, and kinetics are demonstrated.
After visiting the museum you will continue your acquaintance with the city. One of the ideas of Kisa Kurokawa, the author of the project of Astana, was the division of the city into so-called micro-districts of the cluster type, and therefore further along the route you will see the buildings of the sports cluster: stadium "Astana Arena", ice palace "Alau" and cycling track "Saryarka", as well as a medical cluster.
After a walk along the Water Green Boulevard from Round Square to the starting point of the excursion at the Astana-Baiterek monument, you can finish the tour or go up with a guide to the observation platform of the "tree of life" - the Astana-Baiterek monument.
